Environmental Policy
We believe you have the right to know.
Although we do not manufacture or distribute products and would, therefore, be already seen as a relatively ‘Green’ company, PSP* recognise that our operations will still have an effect on the local, regional and global environment. Therefore, PSP* is committed to continuous improvement in our environmental performance. This is in line with our continuing drive for quality in all areas of our services and operations. We regard environmental regulation, laws and codes as setting the minimum standards of environmental performance.
Resource consumption:
PSP* seeks to address it’s impact on the environment through the adoption of a sustainable procurement policy. Through efficient use and careful planning we will conserve our resources.
Recycling:
PSP* maintains that a primary part of our company environmental strategy is sustainable waste management. We promote recycling and the use of recycled materials. Throughout our office environment we recycle material wherever possible.
Disposal of waste:
We attempt to minimise waste whenever possible. We dispose of all waste through safe and responsible methods.
Our suppliers:
PSP* works with it’s suppliers to ensure they recognise and reduce the environmental impact of their products and transportation.
Implementing our policy:
We implement our company policies through guidelines, internal e-mail, company training and team meetings. The PSP* Environmental Policy is a part of our standard induction for all new staff and included in ongoing company training.
Targets and Goals:
PSP* will set environmental targets and goals designed to improve our environmental performance.
Audit and assessment of the Environmental Policy:
Annually PSP* conducts a self-evaluation of our performance in implementing these principles and in complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
